Cons: Breakfast was horrible.
Pros: The location and free parking made this hotel very appealing.
Cons: The hotel felt dingy. The hallways are sometime and dark. When nosotros kickoff got to our room the tv and iv split lights didn't piece of work. Apparently housekeeping likes to unplug everything (nosotros were told this is a known upshot and obviously one that has not been addressed). Not a huge deal, but any decent hotel would make sure everything was perfect by the fourth dimension guests go far. In addition the room didn't experience clean. At that place were a few pills on our floor and a small-scale stain on the sheets. The sink also looked grimey. Free parking is great, but there was garbage EVeRYWHERE. Overall it just seemed like their wasn't much pride in whoever makes the decisions at the Holiday Inn. The staff was very kind and helpful, but whoever is making the big decisions needs to invest some $ into the identify and clean it up a bit. Later one night we cancelled the rest of our reservation and stayed at the Hilton in a studio suite with a view of the falls for the SAME Price!
Pros: We came with 2 kids under 5. This hotel was reasonable walking distance to the falls with costless parking, had clean rooms and a large puddle.
Cons: The breakfast was not included however, and was rather pricey, even with the kids' breakfasts more or less free. I say more or less considering the kids menu was restricted and yous still accept to pay tax on it. Speaking of tax, there is a hidden tourism tax on the room and food which the hotel did non mention. A family unit member told us most it after our stay. This taxation is optional and you can ask for information technology to exist removed--simply only if you know it's there in the first place!
Pros: We had a perfect stay with a clean serenity room within a brusk walking altitude to all the Niagara Falls sights.

Pros: The staff was very helpful & friendly! Nosotros were able to gets parking pass fifty-fifty though nosotros arrived early on! The room was quite prissy!
Cons: Could hear crying baby next door- maybe because of thin walls or the connecting doors? Also, although the water ice car owe to our room was convenient, it was too noisy late at night. Happily the babe didn't cry long and we were so tired it may not take mattered much anyway!

Pros: The toll, included free parking, and staff were all very nice. The hotel seemed to be within walking distance of everything, including the falls. It was also right next to Jimmy Buffett'south Margaritaville.
Cons: Nosotros got assigned a room that had vending machines directly outside of our room. We couldn't hear people but what was a bummer was that the actress space that was taken out of our room for the vending area was compensated by taking room from our balustrade. This made it very minor. Enjoyable none the less.
